alt=\"\" width=\"259\" height=\"345\" \/>I&#8217;ve been teaching <strong>Geology<\/strong> for \u00a0<strong>26 years<\/strong>, i.e., since the year 2000, at the <strong>University of Lisbon<\/strong> (Earth Sciences &amp; Energy Department, Faculty of Sciences).<\/p>\n<p>During this period, I taught <strong>18 different courses<\/strong>, 13 at BSc degree level, and 5 at MSc level.<\/p>\n<p>I coordinated (as course &#8220;regent&#8221;) 4 courses at <strong>BSc level<\/strong>: <strong>Structural Geology<\/strong>, <strong>Marine Geology<\/strong>, <strong>Field Geology I<\/strong> and <strong>Field Geology II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>MSc level<\/strong> I coordinated (as course &#8220;regent&#8221;) the following 5 courses: <strong>Structural Geology<\/strong> <strong>and Tectonics<\/strong>, <strong>Numerical and Experimental Modelling of Geological Processes<\/strong>, <strong>Tectonophysics<\/strong>, <strong>Geology of Continental Margins<\/strong>, and <strong>Geology of Oceanic Basins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Between September 2015 and July 2017 I was the <strong>Director of the Earthsystems Doctoral Program<\/strong> comprising PhD students from the Geology and DEGGE (Geophysics) departments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-732\" src=\"http:\/\/webpages.ciencias.ulisboa.pt\/~frosas\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot-2025-03-07-at-19.24.44.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1172\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>I am presently teaching&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4><strong>&#8230;the following<\/strong> BSc Geology degree<strong> courses:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Structural Geology<\/strong> (course <strong>coordinator or &#8220;regent&#8221;<\/strong>, 2nd year\/2nd semester);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Field Geology<\/strong> (course <strong>coordinator or &#8220;regent&#8221;<\/strong>, 3rd year\/2nd semester);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tectonics<\/strong> (participation in teaching theoretical and practical courses, 3rd year\/2nd semester).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here are some examples of different previous
