September 30, 2011: Pre-registration (not mandatory)

December 31, 2011 (extended): Submission of extended abstract

January 7, 2012 (extended): Notification of acceptance (abstract revision if applicable)

January 15, 2012 (extended): Final abstract submission and early registration

Note: Abstracts after January 15 might be considered, only for poster presentations, subject to availability of poster sessions (maximum of 25 papers each).

February 2, 2012: On-site registration and day 1 workshop

We encourage you to email 1-2 page extended abstract (pdf and MS word versions) to wils2012@fc.ul.pt. Extended abstract should include brief introductory information followed by key results (e.g., graphs, figures or result tables) and a succinct discussion of the findings.
