*Students should send the scanned copy of their valid student identity document (ID card or a declaration from the corresponding department’s head). This document must be presented during collecting workshop badge and goodies.
The registration fees include publication of accepted paper, all workshop materials, handouts and refreshments during breaks in workshop sessions, lunches and the workshop dinner (except for student registration).
Registration Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation of registration please send us e-mail with scanned copy of your payment proof. We will reimburse 50% of the registration fee if cancellation is made within December 31, 2011 and no reimbursement for cancellation after December 31, 2011.Off-line Registration form: pdf file (just print it, fill it and send it)
